History

In 2016, Dream Villa began with the concept of using one villa as a market trial. The inspiration struck after we noticed the abundance of distinctive and high-quality dwelling real estate items on the market. We decided to surprise the market with a contemporary villa, which was reserved at the GF stage.

We continued with a series of Dream villas after the success of the first DV1, and all of the villas were reserved at the initial stage. To demonstrate them to the public and give them an impression of our products, we utilized a few villas as a display. These programs developed positive connections and trust with viewers.

The creators of Dream Villa saw the necessity to work in partnership with a design studio that advances the company’s mission to improve the products to be more distinctive and avant-garde. Our design lab, where we develop original designs and ideas for next projects, is K-Design, an architectural and interior design firm.
